Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Refund Policy
You should always check the goods before you sign for them.
However if you are unable to check the goods upon receipt, please note on the delivery papers "NOT CHECKED", before you sign for them.
You then have 3 working days to advise us of any damage or shortages in delivery of the goods.
If for any reason you have ordered the incorrect parts we offer a 7 days (from delivery date) refund or exchange policy, subject to the goods being returned in unused, perfect condition, with the original packaging still intact.
Any returns after 7 days are at our discretion and a restocking fee may be charged of 15%. After 14 days no returns will be accepted.
We makes every effort to provide correct information and goods, however it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are correct.
When returning goods, you are responsible for the repackaging of the goods and they are in your care until they arrive at our warehouse, so please obtain proof of posting / delivery.
We regret that postage & packaging costs are non refundable, unless goods received are faulty or received in error.
PLEASE NOTE: "For customers who change their mind about the product(s) they have ordered, refunds are given at the discretion of company managment".

Shipping And Handling
We only ship to mainland UK addresses. If you have special delivery requirements please contact us to make arrngements. Additional charges may apply.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days . We do not accept international orders.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or we may replace the order with a like product.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
